My laptop was running very slowly. Herts IT collected mt laptop and ran an anti-virus software on it, finding over 50 viruses, despite there being anti-virus software on it. They cleaned the disk, re-installed Windows and returned my laptop in a much better state. Well done.
I have used Herts IT for the past few years; they are brilliant. Very professional yet friendly. Excellent service, speedy and they do not bombard me with jargon I do not understand. I won't use anyone else now I have found them. No job is ever too small either.

Had an on going issue with my Acer PC that was out of warranty, rang Herts IT Support who came out same day, identified the fault, took my PC away and it was back within two days back to normal, Great Service.
