Healthy Results - Allergy Service ProviderHealthy Results provides food intolerance tests and therapy to clients throughout the local area. The practice is based in Kempston Rural near Bedford. The test used is called electro dermal screening and is entirely painless, as there is no need for any needles or blood. Results are instant. The hour long consultation includes advice on any suggested diet changes. Group and corporate rates are available on request.
In a relaxed and comfortable environment clients can establish which food(s) or additives may be causing their health problems. The therapist tests for over 100 substances, and identifies possible vitamin and mineral deficiencies. During the consultation which lasts about 45 minutes - 1 hour the client will be given advice on elimination, diet and any necessary supplemention. All results are recorded in a personalised document to take away. Common symptoms helped by this therapy include but not limited to: headaches, IBS, constipation, eczema, catarrh, bloating, aching joints and fatigue.
They have a satisfied customer base that are situated in the Bedford and Milton Keynes area. Food intolerances are not allergies. Healthy Results do not test for allergies, however most people know what they are allergic to as the response to an allergan is almost instant. An intolerance can take from 30 minutes to 4 days to show up as symptoms which makes self diagnosis almost impossible. The test is 75-80% accurate which is about the same as a blood test. The only 100% accurate measure is the elimination diet. This test will identify where to start. Carole Batchelor has a diploma in Allergy Intolerance Therapy and is an Associate of Ask Nutrition UK. She first became interested in this area when a test idenitfied an intolerance to potatoes. Eliminating this food had a dramtic impact on her health. She now is keen to help others achieve the same positive results.
