Mr C Hay, the owner, provided a very professional, reliable and efficient service on the day in question. The EPC was simple and clear to understand and provided indicators for improvements in order for our home to be 100% energy efficient. The service was very friendly and the process was explained well as we didn't really understand what it was all about. We were able to complete a questionnaire and send it back by email which was convenient. They arrived to do the inspection on time, and completed the report as quickly as they promised. They did everything we needed them to do, with no fuss.
