Very quick and more importantly honest. If your gold weight is slightly less than you anticipated, they will contact you beforehand to advise and chose whether you want it returned. The gold table on their site gives you a good idea of the price of your gold on the day you send it. I have used another site who unfortunately do not give an insight to that days gold price, only what they may be able to give you, along with a further cash incentive for a quick turnaround, which when you calculate is not extra or 'free'. Stick to Hatton Garden Metals, myself my sister and my mother were all extremely happy with their service and our money was in our bank accounts before lunchtime the day after sending our gold.

Cannot fault my experience with Hatton Garden Metals. Sent off a rarely worn charm bracelet and some broken bits and odd earrings etc. On Saturday. Had acknowledgement that they were proces-sing the items on Monday and received the cheque on Tuesday. This was marginally under their emailed estimate on my stated weight(but this included stones which I couldn't separate) but was 25% better than anything I had been offered elsewhere. Very happy with the result and the speed.
