Oh their gorgeous eco friendly wedding invitations with handmade papers made by a friends in Thailand and wherever possible papers are used from sustainable forests.

Don't forget to look at the texture of their handmade paper wedding invitations and scrolls.

The rest of their range use the most gorgeous textured card and really feels just as fabulous as it sounds.

Luxurious and exclusive, and the result is a beautiful and individual design.

Handmade by me produced the christening invitations for my daughter, which were absolutely superb. I had so many compliments on them, it was lovely. The quality and attention to detail were first class. I can highly recommend using Handmade by me.. (and already have done several times over!).

A silver bangle was ordered from hand made by me on 2-07-12 with a 1-2 working days delivery timescale. I contacted the company on 9-07-12 to enquire about the delivery the company said that it had been ordered and was expected on friday 13-07-12. I then was contacted on 13-07-12 and told that the barcelet was unavailable and I should 'pick something else'. When challenged about the 1-2 day delivery timescale they replied it should not say that and also where does it say that?

Company response : This Bangle was ordered from our site on the 3rd of July - Im afraid all of our beautiful jewellery is completely handmade in Ireland the turn around time is about 7 days. Once completed, it is then shipped to the UK and then we dispatch next day by courier. I am so so sorry you thought it would have been 2 days and I have also checked our website and I am so sorry but we were unable to find anywhere that the delivery of the bangle is 2 days It does say the item is in stock but the nature of our eshop it won't allow us to list anything unless we say it is in stock. If you could have a look and let us know where it says 2 days we will change this immediately.

When contacted by Colum we responded straight away by email with an expected delivery date. Perhaps it would have been better if we had phoned and I apologise for that.

Im afraid our supplier only told of us the bangle being discontinued on receipt of the rest of the items ordered. We telephoned the customer and we were terribly sorry and embarrassed and as such we offered a replacement bangle from a choice of bangles on our site. Unfortunately this was declined and we refunded the customer straight away.

Once again im sorry our site was confusing it is not our intention to mislead with delivery times.

This is the second time we have used handmade by me to make our christening invitations and the service and quality is outstanding and it is great value for money. We received our daughters christening invitations yesturday and they are stunning. Wouldn't think twice about using this company again and would recommend to friends and family. Quality service thank u Samantha and team.

I ordered the G.P. EMERALD TWIST CLADDAGH BROOCH on the 29th of November 2011 from the website. This was intended as a Christmas present, to be shipped to a relative overseas so I needed the item as soon as possible. On the 5th December paypal emailed to advise there was a refund from Handmadebyme but of course there was no explanation. I then received a curt and unapologetic email from Handmadebyme stating that the purchased item was 'discontinued' and that I could purchase something else from the website. I will never us this website again as it falsely advertises products as available when they are not, takes so long to discover and reverse errors and then does not apologise and rectify the problem when it is at fault.

In answer to your questions
1. Why was there no notification on your website that this was a discontinued item?
We are not made aware of discontinued items from our wholesaler as we are unlike other suppliers we are unable to hold stock and order in items when an order is placed on our site
2. Why did you accept my money, when you could not ship the ordered item?
Because we didn’t know- and we tried to ring and left a message.
3. Why has it taken a week to notify me the purchased item was discontinued and refund my money?

We tried ringing
30th November at 4pm and 7pm
9th November
First thing today and also twice this evening

I spoke to Solvar and they said that when an item is discontinued they remove it from their site and rely on their suppliers to check their website. We sell over 400 of their items and I’m so sorry but I’m afraid it is impossible to check this.

I can however confirm that everything on the website I directed you to earlier is available and I can if ordered -have it in by Friday which would then be dispatched next day delivery to you

Once again I apologise for the inconvenience and it was not our intention to cause you any distress before Christmas.

Bought my daughter christening invitation here. The service is really fast and Samantha is very friendly and helpful. The invitation has a good quality. Will definitely come back again and would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work Samantha and team!

I ordered some christening invitations, and my order was dealt with promptly. The invitations arrived on time and they looked really good- I got the ones that allow you to use a picture of your own baby, which made them much more personal. Definitely recommend Handmade by Me.
