A small family-run establishment with a "homely" atmosphere and flexible service in a historical and traditionally rich area. Welcoming, attentive and hospitable staff are ready to assist and direct eager guests and help with personal enquiries. Located just 3 miles from Belfast’s City Centre and benefit from cheap and frequent transport to most tourist destinations. Just 20 mins from Belfast International and City Airport, the M1 motorway is 2 mins away. Near Musgrave Park Hospital, Windsor Park, Casement Park, St Mary’s University, King’s Hall and Royal Victoria Hospital.
The property has been recently renovated and fitted with solid oak flooring and ceramic tiles throughout. Rooms are clean, spacious and bright. Facilities include wireless connection, ironing board and hairdryer, tea/coffee and guest fridge freezer for drink and food storage.
Each room has wash hand basin and TV.
All prices include continental breakfast, which is available between 7:30am and 10am.
The Kitchen and Dining Room are on the first floor and guests are welcome to use this to prepare snacks during the day.
The bed and breakfast is managed by Vivian Martin who has been involved in the Bed and Breakfast industry for many years.
