| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I applied online to arrange a viewing on a property. I was contacted with 24 hours by Stephen Gray and arranged a viewing. Stephen was very helpful in informing me what was required from myself to get into a rented property as this was my first time dealing with an agent.
Stephen kept me informed every step of the way from the viewing and I was moving in the property within 4 working days and everything went very smooth.
I had a issue when I moved in with the hot water and this was fixed the same day as it was reported.
I would highly recommend Gray's Estate Agents to anyone who it thinking of using there services.
