1.0 out of 5 | Avoid this company. I purchased a coffee machine which did not turn up, after approx. one and a half months we finally had our money refunded. I had to threaten legal action and get trading standards involved, as you can imagine this took considerable time writing letters etc. I think this company are scamming people by taking the money with no intention of ever delivering the ordered item, then holding onto the money as long as they can to live on. 1.0 out of 5 | I would warn people NOT to buy anything from GoCoffee. I paid them £370 for a machine in July (it is now October) which they failed to deliver. Despite repeated promises, they have also failed to refund my money. I HAVE HAD TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION against them to recover what they owe me.
