However I was disappointed to find that this company gives an additional two months free warranty for every positive review left on 1 of 6 sites, which I find an unethical approach.

When I contacted them, on the telephone number posted on their web site, a PERSON answered within seconds. I had an idea what I wanted but asked them to recommended a sat nav for my 85 year old mother who keeps getting lost! I needed low tech savvy, large screen and idiot proof. They immediately made a recommendation and passed me efficiently on to another person for a further query. I place my order and the email information and delivery was excellent. Delivery was the next day, within the hour time zone quoted on the trackable and adjustable delivery.

| 1.35 1.3 out of 5 - I contacted satnav easy when my unit went faulty after 5 months they just directed me to the manufacturer instead of dealing with the fault themselves as I had bought the unit from them no the maker.
Subsequently they have failed to reply to my emails despite repeated requests for a reply.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I have just arrived back from Spain and the journey was so much better with the experienced satnav, the Tom Tom XL2, supplied by Satnaveasy, to guide me. Every junction, roundabout, lane-change was all signalled up before it became a worry, even reminding me about driving on the right.
So thank you Satnaveasy and thank you Tom Tom for getting me through that journey safe, I would certainly recommend any one to purchase a satnav through Satnaveasy as the order was filled within a day, allowing safe navigation for me and my family through Europe.
