Glenda provides a range of complementary treatments covering Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Hopi Ear Candle Therapy and has many years experience working in this field.
Glenda is now able to offer treatments are now being given for Preconceptual Care and Preconceptual Care for Assisted Conception. (Couples who are having fertility problems).
She is a fully qualified therapist being a Member of the International Institute of Reflexologists (MIIR), a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and TATh.
Treatments are carried out in a relaxing, purpose-designed treatment room at her home in Nottingham but home visits can be arranged for clients with special circumstances.
Treatment times vary from 1 hour for the first visit, when a detailed medical questionnaire will be taken, and approximately 45 minutes thereafter.

Having regular treatments from Glenda has improved my emotional and physical well-being. She takes a holistic approach to her treatment of clients and gives comprehensive feedback at the end of each session. She can evidence the benefits of regular treatments by showing clients the "foot map" drawings - I don't know the right terminology for it! The deep relaxation her treatment gives me can only be described as her gently lifting me onto a white, fluffy cloud where I am at peace from all the stresses of my daily life. That feeling lasts for some time and the inner peace gives me much needed added strength once I have to reluctantly leave her! Linda Jones.

I have always found glenda to be very helpful and knowledgeable in her work and nothing is ever to much trouble for her
I would definitely recommend her if you wanted to try reflexology !

With working for myself I sometimes found that I had to alter my appointments which poised no problem for Glenda and she was very understanding and accommodating.

Since going to her, I have noticed a dramatic change in the way I see life and have become more relaxed at work and in my personal life. She is able to pick out things that I did not think she would notice. Nothing passes Glenda:-). She is so down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable. I have recommended her to many of my friends. I have absolute trust in her ability.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and 6 moths ago i went down hill from walking and running to being completely house bound unless i had help i was on the internet looking for alternative therapy's to help me as medicine had let me down i came across glenda's website through nhs directory so i got and appointment with her for reflexology after a few treatments i could not believe the out come i could walk again and became pain free she could feel on my feet where i was in pain most and it is such a relaxing treatment it helped relax my mind and my body im doing it fortnightly now then reducing to once a month. she helped me choose the right essential oils to use at home on me and in my oil burner overall it has helped me and is such a great treatment and also glenda is very imformative.now i have got my life back just wished id of found it earlier

I rang around and spoke to a few people first and found Glenda to be professional and informative yet at the same time friendly.
I suffered a lot with tension in my shoulders and my reflexology sessions have helped with this immensely.
Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by Glenda and look forward to my appointments, it's my time to relax!
