4.7 out of 5 | I bought the shopping day with Lucinda as a gift for my mum's 65th birthday. Mum was apprehensive at first but Lucinda was excellent, quickly putting her at ease. By the end of the day we had purchased a range of different outfits all of which Mum is thrilled with.
