I was extremely pleased with the help and service i received from Gem mortgages. Wayne always kept me informed of any progress and was very patient with me, as my partner and i were first time buyers and i had a lot of questions and worries. Throughout all this Wayne was being pulled in all different directions finding us quotes filling in forms and on two occasions we didn't for whatever reasons go ahead with the purchase. So his time and efforts were not rewarded. He was always polite and made us feel like valued clients. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends in the future as i already have since we purchased our property. Thanks Wayne.
