Founded in 2004, FunSwimShop have many years experience in the swimming sector and supplies a wide range of swimming equipment and products to customers throughout the UK and Europe. Through it's retail website FunSwimShop, customers can choose from baby swimwear and swimming accessories, learn to swim floats and equipment, swim training aids and goggles not to mention snorkeling equipment, wetsuits and much more. The company is based in Wooburn Green with it's distribution centre in High Wycombe.
If you're looking for swimming products and equipment that can't be found on the high street then Funswimshop can help. With baby swimming nappies, baby wetsuits and a wide range of baby swimwear from leading brands including Konfidence, Splash About and Zoggs. For those learning to swim there's floats, arm bands, water woggles or pool noodles, swim jackets to help gain confidence in the water. Advanced swimmers looking for swim training aids can choose from kick boards, pull buoys, hand paddles, heart rate monitors plus a wide selection of goggles, short training fins and more.
The family business is run by a board of directors who have been focusing on the Swimming industry for many years. Having previously and currently been involved in running swimming schools for babies and children, these guys are more than qualified to look after the company and the needs of it's customers.

Fun Swim Shop are open for business from 10:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday and are closed Saturday to Sunday.

2.3 out of 5 | The products are fine, prices good, but unfortunately you seem to pay for that with extremely poor customer service! They have a premium phone line, and take ages to phone you back if you ask. So in summary, they are fine if you don't need to send anything back to be replaced or want anything in a hurry (sent a month ago, today got back the item I returned to them (STILL the wrong size), they don't seem to want to know).
EDIT: Problem resolved, although the lovely gesture of keeping the first item I could use until the proper size came through offered by the first (much better) customer services lady was promptly taken back when another lady, phoned back, shame as I've gone from very satisfied to barely.Cassie - 15 Jan 2010 |
