Full Life's approach treats the person as a whole and treatment addresses the entire musculature. Established in 1997 Full Life has over 10 years of experience in complimentary therapy and ti-athlete sports.
Full Life can counteract the strains of everyday life by offering mobility education and qualified advice on diet, posture and relaxation techniques.
