Full HIP is focused on providing a first class, local, Home Information Pack service to home owners and professional clients throughout England and Wales.

Full HIP provides fully compliant Home Information Packs which exceeds the minimum required by legislation. Full HP are fully subscribed to and endorses the HIP code.

Home Condition Reports and Energy Performance Certificates can be provided separately to be incorporated as part of your own compiled HIP. Full HIP also supply the Energy Certificates required for rented properties.

A team of accredited, professionally qualified Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors carry out the EPC Assessment (mandatory) and Home Condition Report Inspections (optional).
