1.0 out of 5 | I would advise anyone thinking about dealing with this company to go else where. I had a Nokia phone with a fault which due to Xmas and New Year holidays I had to report to 3 directly to register the fault within 14 days. The company was shut for most of this time and cannot be contacted by any other means except post. The chances of post at Christmas getting through is remote. 3 failed it seems to be able to confirm my complaint and Free upgrades have a 14 day rule which applies even if they are closed I cannot replace the phone which is now being sent away for repair. RULES ARE RULES it seems. I cannot see what use this company is to the customer and strongly advise steering clear of them. Dave UNWIN - 6 Jan 2009 |
