I managed to get the PC running again and Ronan came round very promptly and sorted it all out so now everything backs up to an external drive. Last week he sorted out an wireless router for me. Foxlane were recommended to me as they would collect it from my home at a time that was suitable to me and would give me a quote within a couple of days. As it happened It was a slight problem with the graphics card. They had it fixed and back to me the very next day and they didn't charge me an outrageous amount even though they could have fooled me if they wanted to. They were friendly helpful and their support team were dependable, patient and answered all of my IT questions in a way even I could understand. They solved my problem within a very short space of time and also for less than pc world would have charged. He repaired two of my computers and reinstalled all of my programmes etc and thereafter set everything up so I really didn't have to do a thing. He also took great care to save all of my valuable data and gave very sound advice.
Overall, I am very satisfied and will from now on continue to use his services.
