The company is managed by Ryan Shakespeare who has been involved in the car bodywork and accident repair industry for 15 years. He is well trained to run the business, having previously worked for car manufacturers and other well established dent companies.
I was very happy with work. It was done excellent. I really love my BMW X5 and looking after my baby very well. So not everybody touch my car. The quality of work is exceptional! I had a dent on the passenger door of my Volvo, Ryan worked his magic and the dent has completely disappeared, the result of which is one happy customer.
Ryan turned up on time. I had a small dent on the driver's side of my 5 week old car caused by someone not taking care when opening their door and luckily had taken up additional insurance which covered this. Ryan was really helpful at the quote stage, all done by email and an appointment confirmed. He arrived on time and sorted my small dent out no probs at all. Ryan was very professional from the outset and arrived at the time he had stated. He was extremely polite, courteous and his professionalism was evident to see. He managed to fix the dent quickly and explained everything before commencing the job. Would definitely recommend his services to others.
I sent Ryan some photos of 2 smallish dents, one on a wheel arch which I had been told by a certain "Chips" company that the only option was a fill/spray option, Ryan thought a PDR was possible and was happy to have a look, I sent the other company "Away"! Ryan was punctual and did an amazing job in repairing both dents to a standard I did not expect, he always siad what was possible and what was not, I thouhgt he acheived the impossible! Highly recommended even if I hope I never have to use him again!

A very prompt response to my initial enquiry. Upon seeing a photo of the damage Ryan estimate he'd be able to repair 90% of the damage, possibly leaving some residue dents. Having inspected his work upon completion I couldn't see a trace of any damage! Superb job. Highly recommended.
