I was delivered a bunch of flowers from my daughter for Mother's Day. During my conversation with her later that day we became somewhat suspicious in that, I hadn't actually received what my daughter had ordered or paid for. I then sent her photographs of the flowers and she sent me a link of the flowers that I should of received - a huge difference in size and obviously price point. The following day I telephoned Fishlock's the assistant checked the order and said that they had overlooked the fact that my daughter had ordered a large bouquet and that more flowers would get delivered by the next morning. I waited home, no flowers got delivered, so I phoned Fishlock's this time I spoke to the owner - again there was no apology, however, this time his attitude and manner was curt and rude, I then started to address him in the same manner as he address me. This is the second time I've had this experience with Fishlock's on the other occasion my eldest daughter ordered chocolates with the flowers and I received no chocolates, however, this time my daughter telephoned them and they said they would delivered the chocolates, no chocolates got delivered. We won't be using Fishlock's in the future.Read More
