Based on my experiance, I would not go to any other supplier if I was looking to purchase a wood burning stove in the South of England.

I have worked with fire box completing many installations of their wood/ multifuel stoves. All the customers have reported that they recieved great advise in choosing the correct stove for their house. They have plenty of stock and have a large range of different manufactures all on display in their showroom in Bristol. I have just bought a Burley Brampton 8kw wood burner for my own property from firebox and are amazed at the effiency as well as how clear the glass stays.
Having spent many hours researching stoves and flue systems for fitting into our new extension, and getting differing advice and prices, we finally came across Firebox at Bristol. What a useful discovery. Compared to other places we visited, the customer service, value for money and quality was far superior in every way. They (in particular Andy) were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we needed. It was good to feel valued as a customer. Andy drew us a detailed plan and took time to ensure it was spot on. When extra parts were needed they were ordered in and arrived quickly. To top it all off, the price was the best by far. We would use them again and not hesitate to recommend them to our builder and friends.

Gave me the best options to choose from and I was also pleased with price. All in all great service, good value and I would happily recommend.
We've been customers of Firebox for a couple of years now and they provide a first class initial service, good advise and great after sales assistance.
