I got through to the boss, ~Brian, in person late on a Saturday night with a request to get some flowers to my brother in a Fife hospital - he was wonderful, delivered just the right flowers and message personally and let me know he'd been - great stuff.

thanks to Brian the wheels we bought from Ebay were delivered to us at a good cost as to be a true bargain ! the collection and delivery were organised by Brian to suit everyones convenience and arrived on the due day. he took care to see that all went well and acted above and beyond the level of service that i would normally expect,that is a credit to him. first class !

I had bought a Sofa using EBay and required it to be shipped from Fife, Scotland to Durham, England. I found FifeCouriersOnline using the google search function and contacted them using there online request. Within a matter of minutes i was contacted by Brian who discussed the rates and possible insurances with me. As i bought this sofa during the christmas period I did not expect any courier to be able to deliver anytime until after new years day, But to my surprise Fife Couriers were able to. the courier (Brian) kept consistent contact with me informing me when he had picked up the sofa and his expected delivery time, I was also able to monitor his journey using the GPS map on the couriers website. When the courier was 20mins from my house he again rang to make sure that i was at the address and to double check which access route to take and sure enough 20 minutes later the courier arrived at my door with a smile and a courteous manner. The goods were delivered in A1 condition without any damage. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service that Fife Couriers provided and would personally recommend their services. A big selling point is that their customers service is second to none and they seem to give a personel touch to their customers which the larger couriers seem to have lost.

In addition to normal requested services that Fife Couriers Online Supply, i requested a quote for a special delivery with specific conditions that would assure myself and our client that these conditions would be met in full. Fife Couriers Online came and met our management sales team and produced in specific detail how all the conditions for this delivery would be met and satisfied all our requirements by submitting a full plan and contingency report that would fullfil this delivery with no exceptions. This gave me the confidence to award this very important delivery to Fife Couriers Online, which was delivered as per all the conditions that i required, this service is not what i would normally expect from on-line couriers so congratulations to Fife Couriers Online and i can assure them that i will be calling on their services again.

To find a courier company that called our client twice to confirm the time he would be with them, was courteous and polite and did the work at a fair price I would say is worth the weight in gold. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be using Fife Couriers again. If only all suppliers were as good!

I asked for an uplift on the day at 12.00 hrs and it was uplifted and delivered by 17.15. This was far better than I could have expected especially as this was a first use of the service
