We are located centrally in Ampthill, Bedfordshire with easy access from Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Biggleswade and Shefford areas. Our Ampthill Print Centre is open from 9.30 - 4.30 Monday - Friday where you are always welcome to drop in. We have plenty of parking and a comfortable waiting area with customer WC and baby changing facilities. Tea and coffee is available if you are waiting. A family friendly meeting area with toys is also available!

Qualifications: Our qualifications include ISO9001 certification for design and print services, EFI Fiery colour server specialists for colour management, NVQ3 Customer Services.

Fidelity has been certified to ISO 9001:2008 for the following scope: the design, production and supply of digitally printed products and the managed production of lithographically printed products, to customer requirements, at the Ampthill site.
I used Fidelity to get my greeting card deisgns printed. The service they provided was excellent. They stayed in contact with me via email during the whole process, and informed me of any problems or queries they had. I'm very pleased with my cards, and would definately recommend Fidelity for printing. I will be using them again in the future.

I needed a very quick turnaround on an A3 full colour printed newsletter. I needed a competitive price as we are a charity. I got a competitive quote in seconds, a commitment to print the same day, and the finished product just after lunch. So refreshing. A brilliant service and I won't go anywhere else now.

Fidelity were clear, concise and easy to deal with on the telephone. Their e-mail communication was relevant to the flyers and posters I had ordered. When I went to collect I was absolutely overjoyed by the quality of the finish. Will definitely use again.

Came in to have some A4 sheets printed. They examined the job and recommended changing to an A5 booklet and even provided a sample. The booklet was well printed, good price and the service was superb.
Fidelity are a fundamental resource to our company. We were looking for a local company to help us with updating our business image. Please don't think for a second that Fidelity are just your local graphic design and print shop. We have used them for a number of projects now and each time the results have been outstanding. Sound advice on cost, materials and intuitive translation of the effect we are trying to deliver.
