Wow what an Aladdin's cave of all sorts of goodies. I managed to find at least 1 souvenir for EVERYONE backhome, I found London stuff, royals stuff, English tea, Sherlock Holmes stuff. They just had it all. The staff are quick to help and polite. I got loads for my money and for the quality of the items it is was defiantly worth, it. I spent far too much but I must say that the shop is full of little gems (must have items) that are bargain prices, With friendly staff on top of that, the shops a winner. Fantastic shop almost fun the kids loved it, plenty to discover. (My tip if your thinking of visiting them, look in every corner of the shop you'll find the goodies).
I thought I had really left it far too late to place my order, as I required the goods in just 8 days time. I put a little message with my on-line order asking for it to be sent as quickly as possible (not really expecting anyone to take any notice of it), and I was amazed when just 3 hours later, I received an email to say that my order had been dispatched. It arrived the following day. I call that REAL service. Thank you 'Fancy That'. Although the goods I ordered were small souvenir type keyrings etc - they were well made AND were exactly as shown in the on-line catalogue.
