Well what can I say, indeed this company is the one stop shop for all your computer needs! Whether it be installing, sourcing or updating new software; fixing problematic issues in their entirety; giving honest professional advice on request (however big or small your problem may seem!) or developing bespoke user friendly websites..who you gonna call? Yes you guessed it, Exetec! And I did.
Furthermore, their customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Exetec has been my main port of call through every electrical storm! :-) A rarity these days that you find an IT company to be as thorough and dedicated to your cause as you are! -Response was prompt -the issue was resolved quickly -staff member very friendly, with lots of tips about ongoing upkeep -have since used for hardware and software upgrades -all in all an excellent service, the very definition of Value for Money!
I had alot problems with my computer, wich were down to several viruses, also the hard drive being clogged. Now my computer runs at least 5 times faster no viruses and much more efficiently. Very impressed with the quality and speed of service indeed, will definately use this company again and have referred it to friends.
