Excel Sport Karate - Karate ClubWith over 10 years experience teaching Martial Arts, Excel Sport Karate is a long established organisation, offering quality and value-for-money tuition to its members throughout the local area. Founded in 1996, the business is situated in Horwich (Bolton) and Blackrod (Bolton).
Enabling everyone to enjoy learning karate in a positive environment, the classes provide a stimulating and rewarding workout. With membership and family discounts, the service is intended to be family friendly. Instructors are fully qualified and experienced in their own right, with chief instructor Michelle Guy being a World Champion, 3rd Dan Black belt. Students continue to achieve their goals and those that compete have won British titles for themselves.
Excel Sport Karate has an expanding number of members, situated in the local area, but always welcomes new members be they experienced or never having done martial arts before. Classes are mixed and all ages from 6 years and up are welcome.
Every member is given the opportunity to reach their potential. Excel Sport Karate provides a work out both physically and mentally, and has proven to promote anti-bullying, self-defence, discipline, flexibility and fitness. The classes are run on Mondays at Ramada Jarvis Hotel, Sebastian Coe Health Club, A6-Chorley Road, Blackrod, BL6 5RU at 7pm-8pm and Wednesday at Horwich Resource Centre, Beaumont Road, off Longworth Road, Horwich, BL6 7BG at 7pm-8pm.
Excel encourages members to also meet outside of training and have organised several day trips, Christmas parties, presentation evenings, nights out and weekend camping trips, to which all members, families and friends are invited.
Hours of BusinessExcel Sport Karate are open for business from 19.00 to 20.00 Monday, are closed Tuesday, 19.00 to 20.00 Wednesday and are closed Thursday to Sunday.
