Exact Business Services is a friendly family run business offering both
Payroll and book-keeping services to a wide range of clients throughout
the North East of England. The business, which prides itself on offering a
value for money, professional and efficient service is based in Chester Le
Street and has many years experience in the Payroll and accounting
sector. The business also offers services for both contractors and
subcontractors with regard to the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).

The business very much meets the needs of its clients and can provide
amongst other things:- a complete Payroll Service which includes the
production of payslips and summaries, monthly PAYE and NIC returns,
Calculation of Statutory Payments, Production and Filing of End of Year
Returns to HMRC. The business also offers a Book-keeping service which
incorporates the reconciliation of bank and cash accounts, the production
of a Creditors and Debtors ledger, the production of VAT returns and the
preparation of accounts.

The team at Exact Business Services are friendly and professional. Staff members are always pleased to help no matter how big or small a problem or task may be. All staff are trained to a high standard and are
members of the Association of Accounting Technicians and The Institute of Payroll Professionals.

Exact Business Services has a local network of clients, based in and around the North East of England. Clients are generally small to medium sized entities and range from local pubs, clubs and restaurants, to Commercial Cleaning Companies and private clients.

The business is owned and Managed by Lindsay Sutherland who has been
involved in the Payroll and Accounting Profession for many years.
