Ely Hypnotherapy is owned by Rachel Grabham who has worked with both children and adults, both in group situation and on a one to one basis for many years. Rachel Grabham is Professionally trained and fully qualified, registered and insured. Her previous work experience has involved her working alongside many professional services including Social Services, Drug and Alcohol Services, Mental Health Services, Social Housing Providers and Probation with over 15 years experience of helping people achieve their goals and regain a positive sense of well being.

Rachel Grabham DHP LAPHP specialises in Confidence Issues, Stress and Anxiety and Therapy for Children. Rachel is also a member of The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, The Hypnotherapist Register and The UK Register of IBS Therapists. Helping clients to resolve many emotional and psychological and sometimes physical issues and conditions. Some conditions and issues can be resolved in as little as 1 to 3 sessions while other more deeply seated or complex issues can usually be treated in as few as 8 to 12 sessions.
