| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I started in early Jan 2013 and this is the first delf-defence training I've ever undertaken so I haven't got anything to compare it with. However, I have found it to be excellent - some theory/discussion and a lot of practical work - one-on-one, one-on-two and small groups with the trainers. It is a relaxed and supportive environment among the whole group - from experienced members to new ones like me, but you are quite rightly put under pressure to simulate a real life attack. I've already learned lots of techniques and my confidence in being able to defend myself and family has significanly increased in such a short period. I've been to both of the weekly sessions ever since I started and fully intend to carry on.

Having studied martial arts and combatives for 20+ years I can honestly say you will pick up more useful information in 1 EUDA class than in 95% of the other classes that are available locally. The training is thorough and the instruction detailed, all done in a friendly but pressure tested atmosphere. I would certainly recommend it to anyone serious about self protection.

the instructors are very good at what they do and know alot of things that will help you feel more safer if anyone or any thing try to attack you.
I feel the things that i have been taught has helped me to be more confident in the way that i am now.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Over the years i've done a lot of martial arts and self defence classes.Some very good some complete chalatans more interesred in having people bow to them when they walk in to the class and selling over priced must have suits to train in rather than teach practical self defence.Elite Urban Defence Academy Ltd teach the reality of self defence through an easy and practical tryed and pressure tested system taught by instructors Kieth and Iain who have been at the sharp end of physical violence.An hour and a half of your life that could save your life.Well worth it.
