We prepaid for parking but when we arrived at LHR airport the numbers we were asked to contact were unobtainable and the emergency number was diverted to a message service which was full. After taking legal advice we sent a registered letter claiming a refund under breach of contract with damages but the letter has been returned by the post office marked addressee gone away. This has been an expensive experience with additional long stay parking costs it amounts to over £360 - don't be caught by this scam.

| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - I booked with this company at the end of September for use in January 2011 When I tried to contact as requested the mobile number was unobtainable and the land line was redirected to an Orange mobile where the mailbox was full. What would have happened if I was returning to collect my car as I am sure must be happening to others? Avoid!!! Avoid!!!

| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - Easy Parking Heathrow is under insolvency, but their website still looks like business as usual - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My husband and I booked a Meet and Greet Service with them for a 3-wk period over the New Year. Read a mixed review, so called them to check and they said it was due other reasons that the service was poor for a period. I, stupidly, believed them. When we supposed to meet them, we could not get in touch with anyone and the mailbox was full. When we went to the site, the gate was closed and nobody was around, but there were cars inside. We were forced to leave our car at Heathrow Long-term car park, costing us a fortune due the duration of our holiday. When we came back we went back to Easy Parking expecting to talk to them, but this time there were nobody there with a notice of insolvency on the gate. I've been trying to get in touch with them to get our money back with no luck. The numbers we were given all go to people who said they have nothing to do with Easy Parking. If anyone has any ideas of what to do in this situation, please let me know.
Please DO NOT use this company, I beg you. Do not become another one of their victims!

i am stunned they are still trading - have suffered the same as others - paying money for no service and having to go to long stay instead. No replies to emails, no replies to phone calls and no refund.
avoid at all cost.

| 1.35 1.3 out of 5 - If you think you may need to cancel your car parking booking after making it then DO NOT use this company. I am still awaiting a refund, after many emails and all manner of excuses from the company, the latest being that they have changed online payment systems and cannot issue a refund until they figure out how to do it... what happened to a simple cheque?! It has been 3.5 months and as of now all communication from them has stopped and I am still awaiting a refund. I would recommend you avoid them unless you like giving your money away.
