E4lution was founded in 2008, but prior to this Judith and Deborah have had many years experience within the Health and Fitness sector in its many guises. With the focus on providing Personal Training, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki Healing and a wide variety of other Holistic Therapies to clients throughout the region, they are committed to helping their clients achieve personal goals, and gain the very best from themselves. The company is based in The Ark of Healing Treatment rooms in The Parade at Cherry Willingham (Lincoln), and also being mobile, they can travel to you.

Judith Simpson and Deborah Egan are highly trained individuals in both a practical and knowledge based sense. Prior to setting up E4lution, they both worked in the Royal Air Force for a number of years, gaining significant experience in Physical Education and Sports in its varying forms. Prior to this their roles included working within local health and fitness clubs and also as Physical Education Teachers.

E4lution has a professional team, qualified to degree level in Sports Science, and various qualifications up to diploma level in all treatments and therapies. Helping clients to achieve their goals and aid recovery from injury or illness as soon as possible, the company provides clients with an expert Personal Training, Sports Massage and Holistic Therapies service. Being mobile and with fully qualified and highly experienced staff, the therapies are designed to aid their clients in the achievement of their goals as well as helping them to gain the very best from their lives.

E4lution provides a wide variety of training and treatment opportunities, which means there will be a form of treatment to suit everyone.
