My car was off the road and with a full diary of customers I didn't want to cancel lessons and defer them unnecessarily. Contacted Kevin on the Friday evening and was met by Kevin at Oxford train station the very next morning in a dual controlled replacement vehicle. Back home and working in less than 24 hours. I required a dual control car at short notice as my car was in for repairs and the garage had let me down due to parts shortage. Late on a Friday night I contacted Kevin at dual control who couldn't have being more helpfully. Kevin picked me up from the station and supplied me with a brand new Ford Fiesta. On returning the vehicle Kevin refunded me the deposit immediately to my bank account and gave me a lift to the station. A first class service and would recommend to any Adi who needs a dual control car for short term hire.
I was delighted with the service I received, the car was of the highest quality almost to new car showroom standards. My every question was answered fully and I shall be using them again. Their prices were fair ( in fact for such a good service were more than fair ). It is rair these days to find someone that puts so much pride into doing such a good job. Well done and thank you.
Would definitely reccommend Dual control car hire to any Adi out there. Spent endless time ringing round for a hire of dual controlled mini diesel an when finnaly found Kevin I couldn't of been happier. Excellent service from beginning to end. There was no chance I was able to drop car back off so his pick up service was also a life saver. All at very good value for money also. Would certainly use again in future if I need to!
Kevin was very friendly yet professional and was accommodating to meet my needs as I ended up needing the car for much longer than originally planned. It was great to have the delivery/pick up option as I wouldn't have had time in my schedule to arrange getting the car myself.
