The service I received was very personal - I was asked whether there are particular parts of the house that I'm particularly fussy about (e.g. Dust, limescale etc... ). They are really flexible as well - often accomodating a different day of cleaning when I needed it - sometimes at the last minute.
Slightly on the pricey side, but worth it for the additional service and quality.
