Elizabeth has many years experience in treating IBS, weight loss including Hypnotic Gastric Band, smoking cessation, fears, phobias and anxieties amongst many others within the healthcare sector.
The business is owned by Dr Elizabeth White who has been involved in the hypnotherapy industry and weight loss for very many years. Dr Elizabeth White has much personal experience in weight loss with more than enough experience to manage the business personally, having been self-employed for half of her working life.
Helping clients to live a healthier, happier lifestyle and so moving forward to achieve their desired goals, Dr Elizabeth White offers individuals hypnotherapy, counselling, life coaching, IEMT and TFT, using all the latest techniques and is fully qualified and insured. During the first session we were able to highlight the areas that needed most attention. I was made to feel very comfortable and completely lost track of time. I will definitely be going back for further sessions.

Liz advised that I'd see changes within a few weeks and I am starting to feel that inner confidence grow once more.
On a more personal note she had me spell bound on a new product she was about to launch & given her enthusiasm I even offered to help test it.
I went to Liz for hypnotherapy and she kindly offered some NLP too.
All in all she comes highly recommended.
