Upon arrival, Kelly the owner provided Bruno with a consultation which consisted of what we wanted, length of coat, style etc by using photos of previously groomed dogs as well as providing recommendations such as haircuts to assist in keeping grass seeds out.
Kelly asked if Bruno had any allergies or aillments or if he had any issues with any other dogs.
We found Kelly to be informative, trustworthy and genuinely caring. We ended up leaving Bruno in the doggy creche for the day only to come back finding a clean and exhauseted dog from all the fun and action experienced.
I would not hesitate to recommend Doggie Delights services to anyone looking for an exceptional dog groomer.
