Diego provides professional and personalised fitness services to individuals and groups. His sessions are designed to be rewarding and fun, enabling clients to achieve their goals and reach the potentials they never thought they had.
Diego Avila holds a Personal Trainer Diploma and Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor certification. He is also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) and holds a British Red Cross First Aid certificate.
Diego offers individual, partner or group sessions targeted to help clients achieve their personal goal (reduce body weight; improve cardiovascular fitness, posture, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance; improve overall image) as well as individual nutritional advice consultations or tailor made programmes to assist them in getting in shape for a special event, improve sporting performance, or generally help them achieve a healthy diet.
