Developing Potential is a training and development consultancy. DPUK provide on site and off site programmes to develop your staff, leaders and management.
Being a mobile consultancy, DPUK comes to your place of work or to a venue of your choice. DPUK also operate from a number of ropes courses and outdoor centres throughout the country, giving its clients the option to challenge and develop your team both in and out of doors.
Experiential learning has real value in team and management development. DPUK uses its staff's extensive knowledge and experience of experiential learning and leadership to facilitate the following courses: Team Building and Development, Leadership and Trainer Training, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Outdoor Management Development and High Ropes Courses - these are run at venues in Dorset, Snowdonia and Gloucestershire.
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a psychological tool developed using Jungian theory and explains eight of the psychological differences according to Jung. These courses can help shed light on many personality differences that occur within teams. The MBTI can be used for: introducing new teams, developing existing teams, management development, conflict resolution, graduate development and personal development.
