Deirdre Maguire Interior Design - Interior DesignerOperating from North Coast area, Deirdre Maguire Interior Design is an innovative company
offering freelance design services to residential clients, property developers, estate agents and
hoteliers throughout Ireland. Her work has also taken her to Barcelona and Rome including
contributions to the well-known Jenny Bristow UTV series.
Set up in 2007 the proprietor has many years experience in the Interior Design sector gaining
vital 'hands-on' knowledge and experience from her mother from a very young age. She also
designs her own furniture to be used in schemes and commissions art when necessary from an
Irish artist.
After the consultation Deirdre will work up a design presentation pack; it will include everything the client will need to know about space planning, product, colour, and finishes to enable them to visualise the overall look and feel.
Also included will be an estimate of all products and services, giving clients an overview of the costs involved, in line with the budget they have discussed.
Clients will receive their design presentation within 7 working days (for a standard project) for them to look at and absorb. Deirdre will then be in touch to take feedback.
Sourcing the right product is key to the planning of any design solution and Deirdre's expertise will ensure the client has access to the best interiors product on the market. She can source everything clients will need to complete the scheme; never paying more than the recommended retail price for any product.
Deirdre only works with suppliers vetted by her to provide clients with the quality and service they would expect when investing in a project.
The business is owned by Deirdre who has worked within the Interior Design sector for many years. Having previously worked for Patton's and Martha's House Interiors, both in Coleraine, and gained a BA Hons Degree, she is more than qualified to run the business.
