I would just like to say that it has been a pleasure to have done business with you!
Your carpet cleaning technician was so nice and was very upset, that he was not able to remove all the stains from the carpet.
It was a shame but the carpet was so much cleaner and my 93 year old Dad, who's flat it was, was so pleased to have a nice clean carpet.
Communication via e-mail and telephone was very quick and helpful. All in all a really great service and I will be happy to recommend you.
