Dee-Moss replaced the hard drive, reinstalled the operating system and other software and did a partial fle recovery, all for £130 and in five working days. Service was excellent, cannot fault customer communication - knew at all time what was going on. He broke down the quote into parts and labour, arrived when he said he would and delivered on deadline. Would have no hesitation in using again.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I phoned DeeMoss because of the favourable reviews I read about him. My PC wasn't switching on and DeeMoss thought it might be a problem with the power supply. He duly arrived with a new power unit and my PC started immediately after he installed it. He was quick and knowledgeable. He charged me £20 for the power unit and £35 for the work and driving out to me from where he lived (some miles away). I would certainly use him again. Very happy with his service.

I took my computer to Demoss on the 20/09/2011 and twenty minutes later it was up and running. Cost £25.00. Thank you so much Demoss. I had tried for over a week. I recommend Demoss is the man to trust when it comes to computer repairs.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Having used my PC for previous work and then for selling online over the past few years, its good working order is paramount to me. Fortunately, Dee-Moss was recommened to me a few years ago when my PC was constantly crashing. In addition I was reassured by the no repair, no fee policy and the promise that the price given before repair will remain static. For an affordable fee, the memory, which was causing the crashes was replaced. A few months later, another speedy response to an emergency call had Dee-Moss rebuilding the system, re-installing Windows whilst retaining all data for another affordable fee. Over the years some very helpful remote repairs of infections, email problems etc, with either minimal or no fee has had me returning and relying solely on Dee-Moss for all PC problems and I have no hesitation in recommending Dee-Moss.

Never having been seriously involved with computer hardware during that period I was extremely concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a reliable and trustworthy "pc tech" of quality!

I have had hard drives replaced, virus infections sorted, new software added and all at very reasonable rates. This is one phone number that I always keep to hand as I don't trust any other company with my computer, and I have happily passed on its details to family and friends who have also been impressed with the service and skills of Deemoss.
