With just 5 hard working staff members, Dandelyons Florist has a young team, one of whom narrowly missed qualifying for the Interflora Florist of the Future finals in Manchester this year by just 4 marks. She has also just won her heat in the World Skills competition this year, she is clearly a talent to watch out for. The shop is owned by Sarah Cunningham who is demonstrating for the British Flower Association at Covent Garden this year. She has owned the Dandelyons shop for many years, previously it was known as "The Ware Florist" and the 15th century listed building has been a florist shop for over 60 years.
