I was dubious when I ordered the furniture because I'd never heard of the company and they wanted a deposit up front and the rest before delivery. Andrew told me to pay throughpaypal so I had peace of mind. The furniture I received was better than I expected it to be and the tv unit was made from a picture of one I'd seen. I asked Andrew to make two bespoke bedside cabinets to my measurements and design. Despite being busy in the run up to Christmas the cabinets arrived promptly and I am delighted with the quality and build. Nothing was too much trouble even down to the specific type of waxing I wanted. Would highly recommend this company if you don't want run-of-the-mill, mass produced poor quality wooden furniture.
Have just relieved our furniture from Andrew at Daleswood- am so over the moon! We purchased a bookcase, double wardrobe and a lovely chest of draws. You could not buy anything from a shop that is as good quality and craftsmanship. Andrew kept in constant contact, delivery was prompt and the delivery man Paul was fab. Will definably be ordering more furniture- extremely highly recommended!
I have now ordered and received 2 customised pieces. One was a shelving unit, the other one a CD unit. Both pieces were made out of pine. There was great communication between myself and the company. Delivery was a bit slow on the second piece but that was through no fault of Daleswood Furniture. I believe the courier was the hold up. Even so, both pieces were worth the wait! Thank you Andrew.

Dealing with Andrew and James was such a lovely experience. They made me feel confident they could create exactly what I wanted, they gave me a date for when it would be delivered and kept me updated on the progress.
As promised, the furniture was delivered on the day they said, they let me know what time their personal courier would arrive and it arrived on time.
The furniture is better than I expected. It is absolutely beautiful and we are totally delighted with it. Everyone who has seen it so far has loved it. It is excellent quality and exactly the vision we had in mind.
Overall the entire experience of dealing with The Coach House was good, from beginning to end. This is the kind of service that is very rare these days. We will probably go back again for more.
The made to measure cube units we ordered were exactly what we were after. The finish was very good and they were great value for money especially when compared to similar lesser quality products offered on the high street. Will be going back for more A++
We have bought 3 radiator covers and we have had a four door wardrobe made by the old coach house. All the furniture looks unique but it is of a high quality. The service is exceptional with great communication, nothing is too much trouble. We just wish we knew this company before we bought our dinning furniture would recommend +++++ Thanks
I ordered a CD tower to be made to my own specifications, and am delighted with the result. It's beautifully made and finished, and was delivered a week earlier than predicted. I bought the four shelf rustic shelving unit on eBay. I have just had my bookcase delivered and I am delighted - it will last me a lifetime and is a refreshing change from the bland furniture available from the big brand shops.
