| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 -  I would not recommend this contractor because they have done building my conservatory a poor job on December 2010. After the official completion and the final payment we found out that the conservatory was leaking on all walls that we had just decorated. After endless phone calls and emails eventually they came out to make good some of their previous mistakes. However the contractor said that we would have been compensated for the damage to the decoration but this compensation never arrived. We later also found out that that they did not install proper lead flashing but a much cheaper material and that they also did not install cavity trays into the cavity wall, with the result that now when it is raining with strong wind water is leaking into the conservatory damaging the walls. Also one door is not closing properly. We emailed several times, left messages to the answer machine and sent text but this people never came back to us so we feel that they are not very honest and also not very good on what that they do. Furthermore the contract stated that the job would take at the latest 4 weeks to complete, in actual fact it took approximately 8 weeks this was largely due to the fact that sometimes DPS did not start working on site till almost lunchtime on most days and did not turn up at all on many days with no notice of this. On top of this, on completion, they then attempted to charge over and above the initial agreed cost. Plus all the guarantees for work etc promised never arrived although again we attempted to text, phone, email for this many times. In summary, DO NOT USE this contractor under any circumstances!
