| 4.35 4.3 out of 5 - I have been doing Zumba classes run by Cor since Easter. After my first class, I received a handwritten card welcoming me which was most unexpected but very lovely!
Her classes are lots of fun, she regularly updates the routines to keep them fresh and I always leave feeling invigorated and energised if a little hot and sweaty!
I would heartily recommend Cori's Zumba classes to anyone looking for a fun way to do aerobic exercise.

Cori is an excellent trainer and keeps herself up to date with all the new ideas and changes within the health industry, which must take some work and research.

The results are awesome, the support is second to none and it really is a life-changing experience. Really can't recommend it enough - I lost 18lbs and over 20 inches in next to no time and I keep coming back for more.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I started by joining Cori's Zumba classes and couldn't believe that after years of loathing exercise, or feeling embarrassed in classes, I was having a really good time. The atmosphere is relaxed, the music is great and Cori's huge smile and incredible energy make it all great fun.
One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I had signed up to Fit 2 Drop Camp. None of my friends could believe that I would get up to go to an exercise class before work for three mornings a week - exercise AND getting up early? Could it get any worse? - and nor could I. I told them that it was just for 4 weeks, and I never really believed I would drop a dress size in that time. I did, and I am now a very surprised convert to early-morning exercise. I've nearly finished my third Fit Camp, and feel miles more energetic and confident about my appearance, and my family say that I'm less grumpy too! Cori is absolutely inspirational, as well as being knowledgeable and hugely supportive. She keeps in constant contact through texts and emails, always responds quickly to queries and knows just when you need some extra encouragement or an extra challenge. She provides a level of support that it's hard to find even if you are paying for a personal trainer, and creates a marvellously warm, supportive and fun atmosphere within the group - even at 6.30 in the morning. Her workouts are challenging (but she adapts them to different levels of fitness) and never boring, and her written support materials are clear, informative and often updated in the light of new research.
If you want to make some tough changes to your lifestyle (and your health and appearance), and if you are prepared to make the effort, you'll have trouble finding any way that is more fun or more satisfying than this, and I can't believe you could ever find anyone more inspirational or supportive than Cori.

Cori is so enthusiastic and will always adapt workouts to suit your level of fitness. Cori has offered me advice and tips on fitness and weight loss, which has enabled me to loose 3 stone. I can't thank her enough.
