The service we received was second to none with regular updates and contact throughout the time it took to complete and she was always suggesting new ideas to help make the finished product even better. The final cake was better than anything we could ever have imagined and we we're literally lost for words. It was one of the major talking points of the wedding day and there wasn't a camera that wasn't filled with photos of it. As for the taste of the cake itself, well lets just say that my wife and i wouldn't have even got any if some hadn't have been kept back for us as it went that fast. All in all the service, quality and taste were all exceptional and i would have no hesitation in recommending Cottage Cakes for any occasion. A really well run business that made the experience both personal and professional all at once. It really helped to make our special day that bit more special and the cake is still being talked about every time the wedding is discussed. Thank you so much again Claire.

This company was exceptional in there attention to detail. The main cake which was the fire engine was exactly what I asked for. The model of the fireman had to be seen as the work that went into such an intricate character was unbelievable and true to character. You pay for for this standard of exceptional quality and this was well worth the price for our sons 4th birthday. Claire, the cake maker, is unique in her craft and extremely professional, meeting all our needs with quick answers to our emails and constant updates on the progress of our cake. I will use her again and would recommend her unreservedly to anybody who wants a cake with the wow factor.

Kept in touch with me throughout, leading up to the wedding, and produced the best chocolate cake i have ever tasted, so much so, myself and my new hubby found it difficult to share. Would definitely recommend Cottage Cakes.
