The Cotswolds Premier Bridal Gown and Special Occasion shop was established in 1988, and moved to premises five times the size of their original site in August 2011. Cotswold Frock Shop has many years of experience in bridal wear, with a full range of tiaras, veils and shoes and a special range for mother of the bride or groom. The shop also stocks evening wear suitable for proms, cruises and black tie events. The Cotswold Frock Shop focus on providing perfect fit bridal gowns to a diverse range of customers throughout the UK. The shop is located in Stow on the Wold in the Cotswolds, 30 mins from Cheltenham, 35 mins from Stratford upon Avon and 45 mins from Oxford.
The expert staff ensure customers have the dream dress. The service is intended to be relaxing and enjoyable every time. The bridal gown collections include Romantica, Ellis Bridal, Forever Yours, Impression, Da Vinci, Mori Lee, Special Day and other collections with stunning gowns. Mother of the bride and groom ranges from John Charles, Ann Balon, A right Charlie, Ian Stuart, Sarah Danielle, Jaego and many other, not forgetting evening wear by Champagne, Goya, Manon and other special collections.
With a team that includes experienced dressmakers and pattern cutters with many years of experience. The Cotswold Frock Shop has a professional team, highly skilled, working to a very high standard to give every customer the perfect fit on a daily basis.
The Cotswold Frock Shop have brides looking for something extra special, visiting from throughout the UK, including plus size ladies who have had problems buying a bridal gowns that fits.
The shop is run by Christine Kilsby who has worked in the wedding dresses' industry for many years. Christine Kilsby is more than qualified to look after the shop.
The Cotswold Frock Shop belongs to The Retail Bridalwear Association a sign of professional and caring hands. Open Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with private or group out of hours appointments available on Sundays and Thursday evenings.

I have been in many shop's looking for dresses for my girls, and none can hold a candle to the welcome and attention I received at The Cotswold Frock Shop.
The ladies in this shop are very accommodating and offered me really good advice when I have asked questions about my preparations.
I would highly recommend a visit for your brides, maids, mother of the bride, or even if you just need a nice fancy frock for that party.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I stumbled upon this Shop a few weekends ago, on a girly trip to Stow-on-Wold. I was not intending to buy a wedding dress I must tell you but as soon as I saw the beautiful collection I just had to try one on and fell in love instantly.
Not only was the dress beautiful, but the customer service was second to none. They were no to pushy, honest and extremely helpful.
I bought the dress and even though I live in LOndon, have been back since for a fitting. It was totally worth the trip as the team, Christine, Jane and Myra were so warm and accommodating...they certainly go that extra mile!
I would highly recommend this lovely place...

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I just wanted to take a moment to say how highly I recommend The Cotswold Frock Shop. Having finally found the perfect bridesmaid dresses in a shop in Northern Ireland, I was disappointed to hear that they did not have the sizes in stock I needed for my bridesmaids nor could they guarantee they could get them on time for me.
Disappointed to day the least, I searched the brand of dress while travelling home that evening and up came The Cotswold Frock Shop in the search results. With a glimmer of hope I left a telephone message and Christine returned my call the next morning.
To cut a long story short, she not only managed to get me the dresses I wanted, in the sizes I wanted but best of all they arrived 2 months early!!!! She arranged for onward shipping to the south of Ireland where I live after she checked them over. They were well packaged also. Even better again was that even including the cost of postage the dresses worked out £50 cheaper than in the original shop I saw the dress in.
If you want friendly, fast and efficient service from someone who clearly knows their trade do not go any further than The Cotswold Frock Shop.
Christine also told me about their sparkly shoes and options for flower girls which goes to show they are a one stop shop. It is lovely dealing with a business from whom you know what you are going to get!

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I searched high and low for a dress that I wanted from they stylist Goya. Nowhere near me supplied this particular dress so I contacted the shop where it had it on the website and asked if they had one available for me to try for my wedding! They got back to me immediately and we arranged for me to have an appointment the following saturday which was fantastic! I went up and was warmly welcomed tried my dress on and fell in love immediately with the dress. The people at the shop were so polite and lovely they really put me at ease! I chose the dress within three minutes and bought it right away! I arranged my alteration appointment. This appointment was just as fantastic - I took with me mother, mother and father in law - the people in the shop were very obliging and again I had a fantastic appointment! I bought my wedding shoes and had them dyed from there, my tiara and some lingerie. All super! I was so pleased when I went to pick up the dress - everything was amazing and everything was such good value for money! I'd recommend this shop to other brides!!
