We have used this company for the last two years and wouldn't use any other. Emma is professional and well planned. She is reliable and hard working. She always comes prepared and relates extremely well with the trainees. Emma adapts her session depending on different learning styles and is very supportive. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about training others.

Having used a number of training providers in the past, I was very pleasantly surprised at the high calibre of training offered by Emma Snelling of Copley Training Ltd., both at the 3 day First Aid at Work Course and at the more recent 2 day First Aid at Work Refresher. The feedback I received from the participants was, without exception, highly positive. Over and above being described as friendly and approachable, Emma was also described as being knowledgeable, flexible and adaptable.

We used Copley Training Ltd to deliver Emergency First Aid training to our resident groups who were holding events on their housing estates.

All of the residents who participated in the training said that it was excellent, and now want them to come back and deliver the full First Aid training!
They are very professional, provided great handouts and were very prompt in mailing out the certificates.

I highly recommend Copley Training Ltd, and look forward to booking them again.

We work in facilities and used Copley Training to teach some of the staff and some of our clients first aid. Our clients were extremely happy with the service provided along with the cost of the course.

Since then they are the 1st port of call for any first aid training that needs to be carried out. The training is easy to understand and adapted well to suit different people.

I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than Copley Training. A truely great service, exceptional value for money and quality learning.
