My daughters pen drive contained a lot of course work for college, the pen drive was somehow corrupted and she could not open any of the files. Dave was great, he kept me informed of his progress and although the data wasn't showing he tried different ways and variuos software etc until he managed to find it and copied it on to a CD. My computer has no sound, just one phone call, and the computer was fixed within the hour. Would definitely recommend to everyone. No call out fee and reasonable hourly rate. Really pleased with result.
I was left without my PC due to component failures. From my first call to CRB I felt that I was talking to people that knew what they were doing, this sadly by today's standards is rare. CRB came to my home, evaluated the problem and gave me a quote for repair. Within a couple of days I had my PC back and working. I found CRB to be very helpful and polite.
