4.3 out of 5 | I contacted Complete Solutions IT after my computer had gained several viruses. The IT specialist picked up my complete computer package and spent time finding and erasing each one. He explained that he had ran a memory check and advised me upon a chip upgrade as the memory on the computer was at it's original 256mb. After he returned the cleaned computer, i agreed to the upgrade, he then ordered the parts and two days later returned to my home to fit the new chips. He then checked over the system.
