Colorpurple is a fusion of mind and body therapies and is the brainchild of Elizabeth Farrow (MBACP) BSc MSc who provides Psychotherapy, Counselling, Supervision and Complementary medical consultation to individuals, couples, children, groups and organisations.

Other services include; Holistic therapies, personal and professional development and training within the private and education sector.

Elizabeth holds Senior accredited status as a Supervisor of groups and individuals (BACP)and is the Regional Co-ordinator for The Complementary Therapy Association and a member of the NHS directory.

Colorpurple is based in Altrincham and sessions are available in other North West locations. Domiciliary visits are available throughout Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

Elizabeth has an impressive profile of professional qualifications and experience having over thirty years experience working within the health, fitness and well being sector. Elizabeth manages a Counselling service within the NHS, which is IAPT compliant and offers professional support in the Private medical sector, including clinical supervision.

Elizabeth lectures Health and social care subjects, Counselling and Complementary medicine in further and higher education.

Colorpurple provides Holistic health and well being events through the year and provides educational fun events within schools.

Colorpurple has a growing network of clients, situated around Altrincham Hale and Bowden, including the local authority, education sector, the Private health care sector, Medico-legal sector, voluntary organisations, local business and private clients.  Elizabeth provides a range of services to some large organisations in the North West including; Trafford Housing Association, Cruse Bereavement, The Priory, Victim Support, Health Assured and many more.

I cannot thank Liz enough for the help and support that she provided recently. A true "listener" and someone who will work "with you" and not "for you" which in my circumstances proved ideal. Liz is a true professional, but unlike many in modern life, manages to maintain a personal empathy in all ares of her work. Highly recommended.

I am fortunate enough to have Elizabeth, (The owner of Colourpurple), as my college tutor as I am studying counselling concepts. As with any new skill and new study it has it's high and low points whilst learning, but Elizabeth makes each session fun, challenging, informative and at those moments when you may be doubting your own ability it's as if she knows and is there to lift you up again. Elizabeth is a fountain of knowledge on the various models, techniques and concepts of counselling and has the ability to pass this knowledge on keeping me for one hungry for the next sentence. An amazing teacher and a lovely warm person. I am sure, even with my limited knowledge, that anyone who chose Elizabeth for counselling,life coaching or indeed teaching would be making the right choice. I for one know my life will be better because of the skills I have learned from Elizabeth. Maybe one day I will be even half as good, that will be a proud day for me.

Elizabeth was my life line when i was at my lowest! she has improved my life so much,it is taking along time but there is now light at the end of the tunnel. She is brill. So understanding and you find that you tell her things which make you realise y you feel about things the way you do! she is treating me for p. Hope this helps others.
