Clare Dobson - Yoga - Hertford

Clare is a highly experienced and fully qualified yoga teacher and sports massage therapist working throughout the Hertfordshire area.

Clare teaches a variety of different yoga classes including yoga for sports performance and athletes, restorative yoga and general public yoga classes. Her style is based around dynamic flowing vinyasa yoga. Clare is available to teach privately both on a one-to-one basis and for small groups. She is also available for corporate classes.

Clare offers tailor made massage and sports therapy treatments based entirely upon client requirements. She is available for booking and home visits as well as corporate and event work.

Clare is highly experienced, fully qualified and insured and is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Alliance and the International Therapy Education Council.
